- To submit a paper you must first register as an author with the submission system.
- Title and abstract information has to be submitted by March 18, 2005.
- The full paper has to be uploaded before April 1, 2005.
- Papers should be submitted in PDF or in PostScript format.
- Papers must be written in English.
- Papers must not exceed 10 pages in IEEE fomat.

available at http://computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm.
